Job Summary


The Character Development Executive is responsible for implementing and overseeing employee development programs based on the Tarbiyah concept, which emphasizes holistic personal growth, ethical behavior, and spiritual development.

This role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating initiatives that nurture the moral and professional growth of employees, fostering a positive and values-driven organizational culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counselling to support employees in integrating Tarbiyah principles into their personal and professional lives.
  • Offer guidance on resolving ethical dilemmas and workplace conflicts through an Islamic perspective.
  • Foster a supportive environment where employees feel comfortable seeking advice and discussing personal and professional challenges.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect Tarbiyah principles and promote ethical behaviour and personal growth.
  • Ensure that company policies comply with both legal standards and Islamic ethical guidelines.
  • Regularly review and update policies to incorporate changes in regulations and best practices in Islamic character development.
  • Organize and oversee events and activities that promote Islamic culture and values, such as Ramadan programs, Islamic lectures, and community service projects.
  • Encourage participation in Islamic traditions and practices to foster a sense of community and belonging among employees.
  • Promote interfaith understanding and respect within a diverse workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Islamic Studies or any related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging spiritualbased training programs and workshops.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Pay:
RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
