As a High-Volume Hiring Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition for high-volume hiring. Say goodbye to mundane tasks and hello to a role where every day is an adventure.

From managing bulk recruitment drives to creating innovative sourcing strategies, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our group.


What You'll Do:

  • Efficient Interview Coordination: Organize and conduct mass interview sessions and hiring events. Your coordination skills will keep everything running smoothly.
  • Data-

Driven Decisions:
Leverage recruitment data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize our high-volume hiring strategies. Your analytical mindset will drive continuous improvement.

  • Build Alliances: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their highvolume hiring needs and provide strategic support. Ensure a seamless alignment between recruitment efforts and business goals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote our employer brand at job fairs, universities, and through social media campaigns. Your efforts will attract top talent to our growing team.

Savvy Innovator:
Utilize and explore recruitment technology, including AI, ML, and genAI, to enhance the high-volume hiring process. Your enthusiasm for recruitment automation will streamline and optimize our efforts.

What You Bring to the Table:

Volume Recruitment Expertise: 3-6 years of experience managing large-scale recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strategic Thinker: Experience developing and executing effective highvolume recruitment strategies.

  • Tech Enthusiast: Familiarity with recruitment technology, including AI, ML, and genAI, and experience or a keen interest in recruitment automation.
