  • Team and Role Introduction:
  • The Talent Acquisition Coordinator partners directly with all members of the Talent Acquisition team for scheduling and coordinating interviews as well as conducting pre-onboarding activities at a high-volume and fast-pace. This is a 12 months Fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • To support daytoday talent acquisition activities including arranging and coordinating interviews and administering assessments.
  • Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times.
  • Facilitate and monitor preonboarding activities of new hires.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment coordination, ideally in a multinational or technology company. Experience in highvolume processing is highly desired.
  • Selfmotivated, curious to learn, and able to adapt to fastchanging and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
