Malaysia Dropee Full time

Job Summary:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with Head of People and Culture to formulate the overall talent acquisition strategy of Dropee to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
  • Partner with Brand and Corporate Communications team to develop plans and initiatives to drive Employer Branding Program to raise brand awareness and convey Dropee's culture and positive employee experience.
  • Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand business outlook and longterm talent requirements, proactively identify and attract high quality talent for assigned positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers/internal stakeholders on managing hiring timeline, requirements and expectations.
  • Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through establishing clear talent acquisition goals and objectives and monitoring progress and performance via tracking tools.

Specifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in talent acquisition, or any related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and networking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
