Job Description

  • Develop and execute a thorough talent acquisition plan for local and international hiring, tailored to meet company goals.
  • Work closely with senior executives to grasp global workforce needs and strategize for future talent demands.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for local and international positions, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Collaborate with international partners to standardise recruitment practices globally.
  • Lead and guide a diverse team of recruiters, fostering their professional growth and offering support.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice globally.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion within the team.
  • Work alongside marketing and communication teams to maintain a unified employer brand message.
  • Establish and nurture a strong talent pool for key roles across the globe.
  • Engage with potential candidates and partners through networking and industry events.
  • Utilise data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports on recruitment metrics and global hiring trends to company leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a comparable position
  • Previous involvement with a recruiting firm or agency is advantageous
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of recruiting, including various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Thorough understanding of candidate selection strategies
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing
  • Deep understanding of role-specific requirements within the company
  • Strong documentation skills, ability to document processes, and stay updated on industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritising daily tasks
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Positive and proactive attitude
