Talent Acquisition Lead

**Job Summary**:
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Work closely with Head of People and Culture to formulate the overall talent acquisition strategy of Dropee to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Partner with Brand and Corporate Communications team to develop plans and initiatives to drive Employer Branding Program to raise brand awareness and convey Dropee’s culture and positive employee experience.
- Build productive, collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand business outlook and long-term talent requirements, proactively identify and attract high quality talent for assigned positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers/internal stakeholders on managing hiring timeline, requirements and expectations.
- Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through establishing clear talent acquisition goals and objectives and monitoring progress and performance via tracking tools.
**Specifications & Competencies**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in talent acquisition, or any related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
