Assist the Head in all the spectrum of recruitment to develop a hiring strategy, which may include interpret data and analysing results, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Provide recruitment insights on market landscape conditions and guidance to management and recruiters with hiring and employment data. May develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development or retention.
- Assist to maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of monthly regulatory reporting to BNM.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting on recruiting performance and activity for business & partners.
- Communicate with internal and external customers for events coordination.
- Collaborating with Finance team and other team members on budgeting matter and allocation of funds for recruitment expenses, procurement and other expenses.
- Perform payment on timely manner for all invoices received.
- Oversee the all talent acquisition’s projects delivery are on time and on budget.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Motivate, manage team members’ wellness and performance reviews.
