The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' dedicated recruitment/talent acquisition experience and excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of hires, from sourcing to screening and advising.
  • Support the refining of role requirements through Recruitment Strategy Meetings and identify the most appropriate recruitment channels.
  • Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business.
  • Work closely with regional HR teams to assess internal talent and review future talent moves.
  • Build strategic relationships with Senior Leadership teams and communicate challenges, opportunities, and ideas.
  • Develop and maintain fruitful working relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on the global ATS.
  • Report and measure the impact of various activities, including spend, agency usage, and recruitment metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally to promote our Employer Brand and put Candidate Experience and Kerry's reputation at the forefront.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum Bachelors' degree.
  • Minimum 4 years' dedicated recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Preference for those with in-house talent acquisition experience or a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Competency-based interviewing experience and confidence to lead interviews.
  • Planful and organised approach with a sense of agility.
  • Passion for recruitment with an innovative, creative, and collaborative attitude.
