HR Recruitment Officer

**Roles & Responsibilities**
1. Manage talent sourcing, acquisition & on boarding process
2. Ensure headcount gap are fulfilled within stipulated timeframe
3. Plan & execute on Employer branding initiatives on different platforms
4. Organize periodical talent engagement survey
5. Other ad-hoc task as assigned
**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Diploma in HR/Psychology / Business Management or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years of experience. Experience in hiring executive levels will be highly preferred
3. Able to handle people tactfully & sensitively
4. Good communication skills in English, BM & Mandarin (as the role requires to communicate internally)
5. Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet timeline
6. Willing to work in Klang with 5 and a half working days
