- As an incubation specialist under the Affiliate Marketing team of Lazada Singapore, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Content Creators under management to drive affiliate order growth for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the Head of affiliates acquisition/incubation and other team members to execute the affiliate marketing strategy, and will play a critical role in relationship management with our affiliate partner network.**Responsibilities**:
- Incubate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers and content creators into high performing partners, by sharing best practices and content creation know-how.
- Deepen engagement with new and existing affiliate partners through marketing initiatives and opportunities.
- Ensure that the affiliate partners are equipped with the knowledge of available platform tools and offerings to drive adoption and retention.
- Identify and pitch new collaboration opportunities with Lazada and its extensive range of brands & sellers to KOLs, influencers and content creators under management.
- Track and analyze performance of partners and produce insights that can drive deeper engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to execute the Lazada’s affiliate strategy.
- Other adhoc responsibilities and tasks disseminated by internal stakeholders

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, digital/social marketing, business development, or a relevant field, preferably in e-commerce, online retail or consumer goods industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Meticulous, able to work independently and able to navigate in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creativity and a passion for social media / influencer marketing are huge pluses.
- Ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders, and able to comfortably and effectively present over the phone and virtually via video calls.
- Analytical and able to make recommendations on performance data.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
