Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with similar field.
  • A minimum of five to ten years of related human resources experiences or HR generalist practices with cross country HR knowledge is desired.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning and development.
  • Knowledge and experience of introducing new ideas to improve employee engagement.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and presentation skills.
  • Expose to Multi-National HR policies and practices.
  • Well versed in guidelines, regulations and Employment guidelines.
  • Computer and technology literate with well versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated with excellent analytical skills, a selfstarter and eager to succeed.
  • Applicants must be proactive, hardworking and able to work under deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with less supervision and the ability to take initiative.
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with a pleasant personality.

Salary:
RM8, RM9,000.00 per month
