Warehouse Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory
- Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Manage warehouse staff
- Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes
- Leveraging warehouse management systems and other technology tools to optimize warehouse operations.
- Implementing quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping merchandise to retail stores or directly to customers.
- Collaborating with director, production and sales teams to forecast demand for seasonal products and plan inventory levels accordingly.
- Collaborating with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve order discrepancies, and ensure a positive shopping experience for retail customers.
- Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the director or company management.
Qualifications
- Qualified Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years' of warehouse experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technology tools.
- Knowledge of fashion or retail industry trends, including seasonal demand fluctuations, fast fashion cycles, and inventory turnover rates.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, with an emphasis on optimizing inventory levels, reducing lead times, and improving order fulfillment processes.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
