Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia is recruiting on behalf of a global leading IT Consulting companu.

As business growth and expansion continues, our respected client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for the position of Learning and Development Specialist.


Planning, Execution, and Consultative Functions:

  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends, proposing new L&D initiatives based on best practices and the latest trends.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and create development plans to ensure employees possess the necessary competencies for success in their roles.
  • Act as an internal L&D service consultant, formulating effective L&D solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning the L&D calendar and activities, aligning them with employees' development needs and company business priorities.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Group and create suitable online learning content for subsidiaries' business units.
  • Develop, review, and customize course content to align with organizational goals and employees' competency needs based on operational requirements.

Administrative Functions:

  • Coordinate the entire range of employee L&D activities for assigned subsidiaries.
  • Maintain and manage training records, online learning resources, training videos, assessments, and eLearning content for the LMS.
  • Analyze training feedback to identify areas for improvement in learning sessions for employees.
  • Periodically follow up and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and return on investment (ROI) of each training program, reporting on their outcomes.
  • Facilitate trainings/workshops and participate in other HR Training projects as directed by the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Create internal communication materials related to L&D for periodical publication.
  • Manage the L&D budget for projects and subsidiaries under your responsibility
Requirement;

  • Bachelor in any related field with at least one year of working experience as a trainer.
  • Understands how the operations team works and is able to create training materials
  • Enthusiastic and is willing to go the extra mile
  • Willing to travel ( APAC)
