  • Job Description
  • 1. Access in SQL system to prepare quotation, sales order notes, delivery order proforma invoice and invoices2. Checking stock availability with store during incoming order
  • Coordinates with logistics and warehouse, monitoring on delivery status
  • Supports and assists sales department in order inquiries
  • Handling daily task with updating delivery schedule and balance order to sales and warehouse
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed
  • Filing and courier documents


MUST TO HAVE:
・MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy・Good communication skills ・Able to work independently and multitasking as team・Willing to learn・Fresh graduates can apply

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
