Developing and Implementing QA/QC Processes:

Design, develop, and implement QA/QC processes and procedures specific to cold chain logistics, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.


Quality Audits:
Conduct regular audits of facilities, equipment, and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. This includes auditing temperature monitoring systems, calibration equipment, and documentation practices.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of temperature monitoring data, calibration records, and other quality-related documentation. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for audits and regulatory inspections.

Supplier and Vendor Management:
Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet quality standards for cold chain logistics. This includes assessing their ability to maintain temperature control during transportation and storage.

Training and Education:
Provide training to employees involved in cold chain logistics on quality procedures, temperature monitoring techniques, and compliance requirements. Ensure that all personnel understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining product integrity.

Risk Assessment and Management:
Identify potential risks to product integrity within the cold chain and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. This may involve implementing contingency plans for temperature excursions or other quality issues.

Continuous Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve QA/QC processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks. This includes staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cold chain logistics.

RM1, RM5,000.00 per month
