Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring all quality control activities, including inspections and audits.
- Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to improve quality.
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective quality management.
- Compiling and analyzing quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or management system role.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
