We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care in Rawang.

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease and supporting the management of their treatments.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients with kidney disease, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patients' symptoms and progress.
  • Assist in the management of dialysis treatments, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, based on their unique needs and treatment goals.
  • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and selfcare techniques to promote optimal health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records, documenting patients' assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to minimize the risk of complications and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, including computer skills as required.

  • Registered as a general nurse with Malaysia Nursing Board
  • Willing to learn and would like to have postbasic qualification for nephrology
  • Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to create presentations and use the Internet effectively required.
  • Attention to detail for accurate and efficient medical records management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Min Diploma in Nursing, Medical Assistant, Healthcare
