  • Implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and behavior
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Staff counselling & Disciplinary
  • Strategic planning for staffing
  • Office & Admin matters
  • Establish ; review; and update of the policies

Job requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Experience in human resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
