Operational Management:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily operations.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency.
Guest Services:
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly.
- Implement and uphold exceptional customer service practices.
Facility Maintenance:
- Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of house facilities.
- Coordinate repairs and improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Marketing and Sales:
- Promote the facility and attract guests.
- Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to increase occupancy.
- Participate in promotional activities and events.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to standards.
- Address any issues affecting the quality of services.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
