**Key Responsibilities:
- **•Plan, supervise, monitor and check maintenance job

  • Ensure all schedule and unscheduled maintenance activities delivered at best quality and safe to operate all time
  • Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Make sure all work station clean, safe and tidy condition
  • Update daily progress all assignment as per given by HOD
  • Assist on maintain files, records, and documents for the department
  • Work closely and trainee maintenance team to improve skills and quality of maintenance activities
  • Responding to breakdown, diagnosis fault and find out root cause if technician cannot solve it
  • Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
  • Perform any duties as may be directed from time to time by the Maintenance Manager
**Qualifications & Requirements:
- **•Advantage if any competency (Chargeman AO/A1)

  • At least a SPM/certificate/diploma in technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Experienced in building facility M&E maintenance (priority hotel background) involving Air conditioning, plumbing, civil and preventive maintenance
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to learn and take over new responsibilities and challenges.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM2,499.00 per month
