Job Summary

Responsibilities and duties

  • Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Study clients' brands to plan for and develop highly effective advertising campaigns and media plans.
  • Analyse campaign performance data using various analytical tools and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Study campaign progress before preparing and conducting highimpact presentations during campaign reviews.
  • Collaborate with the client servicing and creative team to ensure precise campaign execution is performed and all KPIs are met.
  • Be aware of clients' competitive landscape and proactively suggest strategies to help our clients remain at the forefront of their industries.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid advertising industry.

Qualifications and skills

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, preferably for at least 23 years.
  • Handson experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Pay-PerClick (PPC)
  • Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google e.g Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Required Skill(s): Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Google Ads, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Pay-PerClick (PPC), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.

Salary range:
RM2,200 - RM3,000 per month
