Sales Admin Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and monitoring administrative procedures and systems.
  • Overseeing facilities services and maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the department.
  • Provide administrative support for HR executives.
  • Anticipate, deal with suppliers, handle office and counter stationary.
  • Preparation of SG & MY BA variable compensation payments for internal payroll.

Your ideal profile:

  • Preferable 5+ years experience in Sales Administrative position
  • Diploma holder & above.
