**Skop Kerja**
- Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan jualan kepada pasukan jualan serta mengendalikan perkara-perkara pentadbiran jualan.
- Membantu dalam menyediakan sebut harga, cadangan, pesanan jualan, pesanan pembelian, pesanan penghantaran, invois, isu stok, dan nota kredit kepada pelanggan. -Memastikan semua pesanan dimasukkan ke dalam sistem dengan data yang tepat dan penyimpanan yang betul.
- Jawatan ini memerlukan interaksi rapat dengan Jabatan Pembelian, Pemasaran, Logistik, dan Kewangan.
- Membuat penyelidikan dan membangunkan konsep komersial baru & peluang dalam program dan media baru.
- Mencapai sasaran jualan dan program dan media baru.
- Mendapat agensi / klien baru dalam mengeksploitasi peluang-peluang perniagaan baru.
- Menjalankan promosi jualan dan membina hubungan kerja yang baik dengan pelanggan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, berorientasikan pelanggan, kemahiran interpersonal yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara bebas.
- Pengalaman jualan dalam talian adalah satu kelebihan.
- Yakin, matang dan mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Menyumbang dan memberi cadangan idea baru yang mampu memberi impak dan penambah baikan di bahagian online marketing
- Menghasilkan ayat copywriting dan bahan kandungan untuk kempen pemasaran/ promosi produk digital dan program anjuran syarikat

- Ada kemahiran dalam strategi media sosial seperti Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram dan media sosial lain yang penting dalam jangkauan syarikat.
- Keberkesanan yang ditunjukkan dalam mengadakan perbualan dengan pelanggan, mempengaruhi pelanggan, dan pembangunan produk dan jangkauan pelanggan yang fokus kepada pelanggan.
- Keupayaan menonjol untuk melihat gambaran besar dan memberikan nasihat dan input berguna di seluruh syarikat.
- Keupayaan untuk memimpin dalam persekitaran perubahan berterusan.
- Pengalaman bekerja dalam fleksibel, pekerja yang memperkasa persekitaran kerja dalam syarikat kecil dan sederhana tanpa kakitangan pemasaran pada tahap yang sama. Pengalaman berstruktur, berorientasi atau besar tidak akan berfungsi di sini.
- Kepelbagaian dan kemahiran dengan alat perdagangan dalam pemasaran termasuk PR, komunikasi bertulis, pembangunan pasaran, penyelidikan pasaran, pembungkusan produk, komunikasi visual, dan perkhidmatan kreatif.
- Berkebolehan memberi nasihat mengenai pasukan produk mengenai pasaran yang berpotensi, ciri produk yang diingini, amalan terbaik untuk pasaran, dan mengukur kejayaan penjualan dan jualan produk.
