To source, negotiate and purchase necessary (e.g. parts, materials & machinery) from identified and reliable suppliers.

  • Identify potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish favorable terms and conditions.
  • To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitor contract performance and adherence to terms.
  • Prepare and distribute RFQ documents to potential suppliers, Issue Purchase order (PO), followup Delivery and check Delivery Order. Monitor and purchase of HQ office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Work with finance and budgeting teams to ensure procurement activities align with financial goals.
  • Assist the Manager in managing some human resource functions and handling routine administrative tasks to support the procurement team.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of procurementrelated documents.
  • Perform daytoday administrative tasks such as ensuring proper documentation of procurement activities, contracts, and correspondence.
