Responsible for all aspects of Purchasing such as order fulfillment, sourcing & negotiation, and development of new suppliers.

  • Assist in conducting supplier analysis and facilitate early identification and timely resolution of problems, changes, disputes, and claims.
  • Plan and procure materials based on the forecasted production planning and ensure the materials are available to meet production build requirements.
  • To source and procure new products developments and existing products.
  • To forecast, plan, execute monitor deliveries, and control the purchasing activities and inventory level according to the company policy and procedure.
  • To address and resolve the situation such as supply chain shortages, allocations, and material discrepancies and to ensure contingency plan or alternate sources of supply is available.
  • Monitor inventory levels and take appropriate action to maintain optimal levels
  • Prepare monthly, yearly, and adhoc reports when required.
- any ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD.

Role Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
  • Pleasant personality with good negotiation skill and communication skills.
  • An active team player, able to work proactively and independently with minimum supervision.
  • At least 1 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Must be able to converse and write in mandarin.

Job Types:

RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
