About the Role

To plan and strategize agency business development initiatives to support the Agency Business Development team to achieve the corporate objective and desired result

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Agency Business Development team of the region to plan and strategise the positioning of key strategic initiatives, products, campaigns to support achievement of the region's production targets
  • Identify insights / trends and diagnose current situation with the use of data to drive the execution and implementation of key strategic initiatives
  • Conduct market intelligence through focus groups, or obtain onground feedback from Agency leaders / life planners, and provide insights to relevant internal teams e.g. Agency Strategy, Product Marketing etc
  • Manage daytoday agency BAU activities e.g. endtoend coordination of Elite recruitment, embedment of digital tools etc)

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 or more years of relevant working experience in marketing, ideally in a high growth business environment
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm in work
