What you will do:

  • Plan, manage and evaluate professional development programs and peer supervision group for our network of mental health professionals
  • Work closely with Marketing to design engagement materials for professional development events
  • Engage with bodies of oversight within the region (i.e. LKM, SPS, Singapore Association for Counselling) to develop working relationships and promote professional development programs for mental health professionals
  • Own and implement new initiatives or programs relating to ThoughtFull Professionals and the larger mental health professionals network with the aim of educating, creating awareness and improving care delivery

Requirements:

About you:

  • Must possess a Masters in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling or other equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of experience
  • Passionate about professional development and improvement of quality in mental healthcare delivery
  • Proficient in Excel and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
  • Detailminded in execution and cares about delivering at a high standard
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of privacy and ethics in handling sensitive data
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving, continuous learning, and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in digital health
