Job Summary

  • Assist in the recruiting process of foreign workers, liaising with Government agencies i.e KDN, Immigration and other enforcement bodies. To work together with local outsourced agencies on Foreign Workers (FW) matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in foreign workers affairs like recruitment and yearly work permit renewal including other admin requirements.
  • Prepared the foreign workers document i.e work permit renewal, contract agreement, FOMEMA etc.
  • Work closely with local outsourced recruitment agents to facilitate the recruitment of foreign workers for the Company.
  • Attends queries and resolve grievance of employees.
  • Others administrative related functions as when assigned from time to time.
  • To make sure all matters related to FW such work permits renewal update.
  • Maintain all foreign workers' records.
  • To prepare the document for related Government agencies for the approval, arrangement for payment, interview, FOMEMA, insurance etc, pick up FW at Airport and send it to respective Branch.
  • To make sure that FW work permits are renewed accordingly to avoid any unwanted matters.

Qualification and Skill requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 13 years of working experience in handling foreign worker management.
  • Good networking with Labor Offices, Immigration Department and Embassies.
  • Computer literate, good oral and written Bahasa, and English language.
  • Physically fit and willing to travel frequently.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Immigration Act and Employment Act.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Pay:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
