- Prepare ap aging list
- print out the aging on weekly basis
- Proceed all trade creditors inv
- account dept request inv & soa
- 3 ways matching
- keep tracking the order balance
- Proceed nontrade inv

- prepare excel file and to monitor oustanding balance in the soa on monthly basis
- Prepare payment list prepare the list together with the invoices to payment team
- Payment confirmation
- Misc
- follow up the payment for the pending and no feedback cases
- filing
Perform any additional Ad hoc assignment as assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Accounting/Finance/Banking/Commerce
- Must have strong work ethics
- Must be well organized and a selfstarter
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient in Excel
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problemsolving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multitasking skills
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
