To assist the Manager, Facilities Management in his overall duties in implementing and control of the facilities of the building.


  • To interact with users of the building in a most professional manner reflecting the high standards and policies set by Safeguards Group of Companies.
  • To coordinate and interact with the activities of the facilities of the facilities management team members and/or personnel.
  • To attend all necessary facilities management related meetings or site inspections followup and highlight to the superior's any urgent matters.
  • To prepare memos or site instructions appropriate format for Management's approval.
  • To implement the planned preventive maintenance programmers.
  • To supervise and monitor all renovation works under company properties.
  • To study, understand and vet through renovation plans submitted by owners/tenants to ensure compliance of the guidelines.
  • To attend to tenants' and purchasers' complaints and inquiries on an urgent basis; through customer service department
  • To regularly check on the infrastructure and maintenance services such as roads, drains and liaise with all vendors and maintenance contractors.
  • To liaise, coordinate and monitor with tenants, purchasers, contractors, suppliers on all building matters.
  • To supervise and ensure contractors/vendors implement and execute their works in accordance to the approved plans and specification.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
