Job Descriptions:

Finance

  • Be responsible for day-to-day finance management (monitoring and reporting)
  • Check figures and documents for accuracy
  • Organize, secure and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Prepare, review, reconcile and make payment according to company procedures
  • Preparing financial reports, cash flow projections, forecasts and analysis.
  • Producing accurate and timely financial statements for financial review.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of all financial information for Board including reviewing Monthly Management Accounts.
  • Performing any other related duties assigned by the Management.

Administrative

  • Coaching and motivating staff to enhance their job performance and job satisfaction.
  • Identifying and providing learning opportunities to support staff development and career advancement.
  • Develops plans to improve and build employee competence, well-being and morale.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Assisting fellow colleagues and to perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or management.

Salary:
From RM4,000.00 per month
