Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Finance

  • Handle basic book keeping / full sets of account in accordance to accounting standards and Company Act.
  • Responsible for accounts payable and receivables tasks.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation report.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts.
  • Prepare and process AR and AP invoices, business expenses and any other required payments.
  • Processing Inter-Company billing.
  • Check Director/ staff expenses claim and Director's credit card claims.
  • Assist to prepare yearly audited summary reports and accounts summary.
  • Responsible for daytoday finance tasks.
Administrative

  • Responsible for daytoday Finance and administration tasks.
  • Preparation of forms or work processes.
  • Assist the Director in administrative tasks.
  • Liaising with SGO HQ HR and Admin on certain tasks.
Others

  • Assist in any ad hoc duties and assignments.

; Requirements:

  • Possess relevant qualifications required for the role.
  • Minimum 1year relevant experience in accounting and/or audit position is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently with good time management skills.
  • Good team player, adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Excellent in written and oral communication skills (English, Mandarin and Malay). The role might require interacting with Mandarinspeaking clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
