Summary Description:

At Aspiro, our Service Assurance is responsible for the administration, support and operations involving Change Management and Incident Management

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting and maintaining the Change Management policy, processes, and standards
  • Manage, review, amend and close Requests for Change.
  • To ensure the resolution of all reported major incidents or outages by facilitating the required diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution activities across all relevant services teams
  • Analysis of complex services, covering a diverse range of technologies and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure that proposed requests for change are safe and fit for purpose, including comprehensive analysis of risk, business impact & continuity, backout plans, test plans, resource requirements and availability

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Possess working knowledge of incident, change and/or problem management per ITIL best practices (ideal, not compulsory)
  • Good communications skills; able to write clearly and concisely as well as communicate confidently
  • Mandarin language would be an added advantage
