So, What will you be doing?_

  • Be familiar with all of the Esri software products, and other complementary software products and solutions offered.
  • Work with customers to understand their business goals, activities, workflows, needs and determine how GIS technology can help the customer accomplish their goals.
  • Develop and manage project work plans including tasks, resources, schedule and budget.
  • Monitor and manage project performance including deliverables, milestones and expenditures.
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure that contractual project commitments are met.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Manage and successfully resolve conflicts.
  • Position and promote Esri GIS to prospects, customers, press, and analysts.
  • Do utmost to build hightrust and close rapport with customers to ensure their success.
  • Work with sales and business development to develop new business opportunities as the role of resident consultant for strategic accounts, when called upon.
  • To support participation in trade shows, presentation, seminars, and conferences where the Company is actively involved.
  • Ensure teamwork, discipline, cooperation and knowledgesharing prevails at all times.
  • To build trust, drive execution, foster innovation, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
  • To support and undertake any other tasks as requested or assigned by the Management.

Looking for someone who are?_

  • Between 6 to 8 years working experience; At least 4 years project management experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Analytical and possess good problemsolving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Good personal time management.
  • Proven record in writing and documenting code for both users and other developers.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS.
  • Experience in Object Oriented Development (J2EE and/or.
NET) is an advantage.

  • Experience in Geographic Information Systems or Spatial Sciences is an advantage 10. Possession of PMP.
  • Certification will be an advantage.

Job Types:

RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
