Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
  2. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan, and control the cost to avoid deviation.
  3. Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  4. Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.
  5. Liaise with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
  6. Select and manage the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  7. Project supervise on-site and participate in commissioning and start-up together with internal or external service engineers.
  8. Manage troubleshooting during the warranty period.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
  2. Experience in an engineering background preferred.
  3. Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  4. Agile and a good problem solver.
