Summary of role requirements:

  • Location: Taman Daya, Kepong
  • Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Administration, or businessrelated degree.
Job description

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
  • Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required documents are completed.
  • Maintained employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
