Summary of role requirements:
- Location: Taman Daya, Kepong
- Working hours: 10 am to 6 pm
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate with a background in Administration, or businessrelated degree.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
- Onboard new hires by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required documents are completed.
- Maintained employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
