SALES DIRECTOR

  • Responsible for new client acquisition, increasing market share and profitability.
  • Pitch, retain and grow new clients
  • Develop profitable pricing strategies; evaluate and recommend adjustments.
  • Manage and strive for given sales target on a quarterly and annual basic.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets according to individual targets.
  • Analyze data trends and campaign performances to formulate strategic sales pitches
  • Occasionally manage agreement and/or contracts
  • Establish strong relationships with partners & agencies
  • Support management by undertaking any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required
  • Strong account management and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • A sales hunter with a strong digital media sales track record

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
  • Experience in Sales: 3 years (preferred)
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets etc.
  • Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
  • Able to work independently with impact on end result
