SALES DIRECTOR
- Responsible for new client acquisition, increasing market share and profitability.
- Pitch, retain and grow new clients
- Develop profitable pricing strategies; evaluate and recommend adjustments.
- Manage and strive for given sales target on a quarterly and annual basic.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets according to individual targets.
- Analyze data trends and campaign performances to formulate strategic sales pitches
- Occasionally manage agreement and/or contracts
- Establish strong relationships with partners & agencies
- Support management by undertaking any other duties or projects that may be reasonably required
- Strong account management and relationshipbuilding skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A sales hunter with a strong digital media sales track record
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- Experience in Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets etc.
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc
- Able to work independently with impact on end result
