JOB DESRIPTION
- To assist in preparing and handling conveyancing documents
- Attending to clerical works assigned by lawyers
- Hardworking, responsible, good working attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks
- To handle office interactions with visitors.
- To answer incoming telephone calls, the determine the purpose of callers, and to forward calls to appropriate personnel and department.
- To arrange outgoing mails/documents delivery by dispatch or courier service and any other clerical/receptionist duties.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skills:
- Computer literacy, willing to learn
- Typing Skills
Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
