JOB DESRIPTION

  • To assist in preparing and handling conveyancing documents
  • Attending to clerical works assigned by lawyers
  • Hardworking, responsible, good working attitude, willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • To handle office interactions with visitors.
  • To answer incoming telephone calls, the determine the purpose of callers, and to forward calls to appropriate personnel and department.
  • To arrange outgoing mails/documents delivery by dispatch or courier service and any other clerical/receptionist duties.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa English and Bahasa Malaysia

Required Skills:

  • Computer literacy, willing to learn
  • Typing Skills

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
