  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person o department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Assist with basic inquires and provide information to visitors and callers.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with document filing and office supply inventory.

Salary:
From RM1,800.00 per month
