We are currently looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Sales & Marketing Department.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Promote and sell Cameron Bharat Plantation's tea products to new and existing customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.

Sales Strategy and Performance:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales tactics and strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
  • Use CRM systems to manage customer information and sales pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
