  • Drive revenue growth for key accounts by identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts and prevent customer churn.
  • Create sales forecasts and demand plans for key accounts, ensuring product availability and inventory management.
  • Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market trends and account specific data.
  • Generate and provide regular reports on key account performance, market insights and revenue projections.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement within accounts.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with respective customers, ensuring terms are met and customer needs are addressed.

  • Bachelor degree or higher in business development field or other related fields.
  • Has people management experience.
  • Possess at least 4 years of experience in key account management in FMCG industry.
  • Analytical, good in negotiation, customer
