Job Summary_

Responsible in reception, HR and accounts administration jobs

Responsibilities:

_

  • Attend to all incoming calls politely, filter the calls and transfer the call accordingly.
  • Attend to all visitors visit at reception area politely.
  • Prepare all non trade purchase orders timely and accurately, to ensure correct purchase order is issued on time.
  • Managing PO numbers and filling for copy of PO accordingly, to ensure all copy of PO is returned and filed.
  • Plan, prepare security guard monthly working roaster, re plan and reschedule the roaster if have any security on leave. inform to security team the working roaster, to ensure the guard house always have security personnel working.
  • Checking and verify security monthly overtime, to ensure accurate overtime to be pay
  • Daily check and verify guard clocking patrol report and report if have any missing clocking point, to ensure the securities no miss any important check point.
  • Train and monitor cleaner works, to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the Office (including : toilets, meeting rooms, pantry, car park).
  • Update and maintain leave record of all staffs, to ensure all staff leaves are recorded accurately.
  • Maintaining stationeries, pantry and toiletries supplies, to ensure the stocks are always sufficient for use and placed at correct place.
  • Manage and record uniform stocks and distribution for probation staff, confirm staff and staff for yearly uniform renewal, to ensure proper track record of uniform stocks and staff uniform size records and distribute accordingly follow the company policies
  • Arrange courier service for documents/invoices, to ensure the documents are delivered on time.
  • Assist account department on managing accounts receivable by entering amount received by customer into system.
  • Assist account department to prepare sales analysis by product.
  • Prepare monthly punch cards for all employees and cleaner.
  • Distribute pay slips to staffs.
  • Assist in HR Admin quotation sourcing.
  • Assist in coordination of company events.
  • Assist in recruitment and new join onboarding processes.
  • Assist in staff confirmation processes.
  • Assist in staff exit process.
  • Assist in updating all staffs training records
  • Assist in issuance of disciplinary letters and memo
  • Comply and follow all ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards and procedure.
  • Adhere to all OSH regulations.

superior.

Pay:
RM RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:
