Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (9.00AM - 6.00PM), Saturday (9.00AM - 1.00PM)

Job Description:

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing perfumes based on their preferences and needs.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Handle Front Desk office such as handling customer arrivals, courier services registration, departures, and walk-in requests as well as receiving guests.
  • Prepare and submit weekly front desk operation reports promptly, weekly meetings, data & graphs.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our perfume products, including their features, benefits, and ingredients.
  • Stay informed about new product releases, promotions, and any changes in the perfume industry.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to track orders, manage inventory, and update customers on their order status.
  • Maintaining and filling in customer records in the database do filling & scanning to put into the system.
  • Provide feedback and inform the leader of all incident reports, and irregular incidents that occur in the job situation related to the job task.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, product availability, and any delays.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their shopping experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and product returns professionally, aiming for a resolution that leaves the customer satisfied.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while maintaining open communication with the customer.
  • Educate customers on the unique qualities of different perfumes, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide information on fragrance families, notes, and proper usage of perfumes.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer profiles and preferences

Requirements:

Can work half day on Saturday

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
