Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative purchasing (stationery, office maintenance, non trade purchases, etc), not limited to sourcing, quotes comparison, procuring;
  • Centralised purchase of all stations;
  • Monitor and analyze usage& purchasing pattern i.e stationery, toilet roll, pantry item, etc.;
  • Manage incoming calls & update database;
  • Assist in HR related matters when necessary;
  • Organize Company's event such as birthday lunch, annual dinner, company trip and others;
  • Manage and file all non trade related contracts & agreements i.e. rental agreement, service contract, company's insurance etc
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by Superior
Education, Experience, Certification and Training requirements

  • Minimum STPM/diploma in business administration;
  • At least one (1) years working experience in the similar capacity;
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • IT/Network knowledge will be added advantage
