Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and uploading documents to ensure organized records.

  • Prepare and manage purchase agreements and other relevant documentation for the acquisition of motorcycles.
  • Coordinate with Motorcycle Inspectors to streamline the process flow and ensure that all administrative aspects support their work effectively.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, payments, and inventory tracking to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Assist in compiling reports and data for detailed preliminary checks on incoming motorcycles done by Motorcycle Inspector to verify their quality and condition, upholding the company's standards.
  • Maintain and update the purchase inventory sheets with current and accurate information.
  • Assist with the administrative aspects of loan settlements and other financial transactions related to the purchasing process.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably within a purchasing or automotive context.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with various departments.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications for recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and process improvement.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
