Consumable & General Purchases Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check the Purchase Requisition from the respective person.
  • Get at least 3 price comparisons for purchase purposes.
  • Follow up on purchased items and update relevant parties, ensure suppliers provides complete documents for payment and monitor payment schedules.
  • Monitor the stock in the store, ensure it is sufficient, delivered and received in good condition.
  • Compile all documents such Invoices, Delivery Orders, PO, Purchase Requisition, Receipt Entry and others to be sent to the Finance Department.
  • Open store for production every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (Rotation).
  • Provide safety equipment such as safety helmet and safety shoes to new employees, monitor estationery form, keep stock stationery and distribute to respective person.
  • Monitor General Admin projects.
  • Any task given from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Must be computer literate
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Good Working attitude and willingness to learn and time management skills
  • Willing to work OT if required

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
