- Delivery Scheduling: Schedule deliveries with vendors, ensuring that materials are received on time and in the correct quantities.
- Order Tracking: Track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring that all materials are accounted for and that any issues are resolved promptly.
- Supplier Management: Manage our supplier list, ensuring that we have the best possible vendors for our needs.
- Payment Management: Manage payments to vendors, ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and in full.
- Price Discrepancies: Identify and resolve any price discrepancies that may arise during the procurement process.
