Brand Management and Marketing Strategy

  • Support and coordinate business-to-business (B2B) strategies for product launches, tactical/partnership campaigns, and brand development initiatives.
  • Assist in the launch of new products/packaging changes and ensure every stage of the launch process is executed with efficiency and timeliness.
  • Manage, execute, and implement brand, marketing, campaign strategy, and tactics across online and offline channels, including retail look & feel, point-of-sale materials (POSMs), and point-of-purchase displays (POPs).
  • Conduct trade visits to implement and audit brand and marketing communications at all physical customer touchpoints.
  • Conduct competitor analysis monthly with follow-up recommendations for promotional plans.
  • Manage POSMs and POPs budget and turnover for each campaign.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or a bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing communications, public relations, or advertising.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably in the food industry.
  • Experience in trade or brand marketing, including POSMs, POPs, visual merchandising, events, and offline tactical promotions.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay; any additional language is a bonus.
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
