Job Title: Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

Link Compliance is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our luxury sports cars and electric lifestyle vehicles.
  • Manage and maintain a strong brand presence in the market through consistent brand messaging.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new vehicle launches, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Organize and manage automotive events such as car shows, test drives, and promotional events.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across different campaigns.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various media, including print, TV, radio, and online platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support their efforts in the field.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and report on ROI to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
