Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist & Admin Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process: sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations.
- Conduct new staff orientation activities.
- Ensure all the record keeping, review records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.
- Assist in the training process, including the process of sourcing, preparing, following up, updating training records, HRDC grant application, etc.
- To check, process, and administer staff claims in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Maintaining and updating of staff records on employee profiles.
- To prepare leave balance report – annual leave and medical leave for all employees for record purposes.
- Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that may assigned by superior whenever necessary.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree or any professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-4 years (s) of relevant working experience in a human resource generalist role.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel or any other computer literacy skills.
- Candidates with Talent Acquisition experience will be an added advantage.
- Preferably those who is good at time management skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
Estimated Salary: RM80,000 - RM120,000 per annum
